We've had some young players step up this season. It makes me feel better about the years to come.

It is showing me that Whit is recruiting the guys we need, he just needs some help on discovering them on the practice field.

Game play is so much different than practice play, so I can see how that would be difficult.

I do hope that Whit can figure out what he needs to, to be an effective coach and compete for a ­title­ every year. He will give us longevity in the coaching ranks, but he needs to show that he's learned from Meyer how to manage a team and not keep falling to those pits that Mac used to.

I am hopeful that this 6 game winning streak will continue and the dumps the team was in this year was an awakening of the "New Coach Whit".

Our sideline had the most intensity I have seen since Whit took over, however it may have been due to Joe Glenn's stupid guarantee.

Keep this team fired up and we should play every game with a chip on our shoulder!
