The offense needs to show me they can play. And that comes down to Ludwig actually putting together a game plan that allows Brian Johnson to be Brian Johnson and not a drop back pocket passer. Roll him out! Run some quick read passes for 5+ yds. Then 3 step drops and release for 10 yds. Things like that. Get back to Spread Offense basics... I don't know that Ludwig has it in him...

Anyhow, this may be the last game we have to get our act together on Offense. Next game is UNM down there and we've had trouble with blitzing defenses.

Count on the Defense scoring a TD or putting the O in a short field situation for an easy score. And King Louie is good for at least 2 field goals.

We still need to put it together. I'm sick and tired of seeing brilliance, and then crap...

Ludwig is horrible and doesn't know how to utilize the players they have recruited. Our offense is predictable, which is why we move the ball early, but struggle late. We don't adjust and the only tweaks we make are trick plays. I believe we need to have trick plays at times, but that shouldn't be the only creativity we show.

Study the defenses out there and tweak your offense to expose them! Oh...wait...according to my wife (she attends the women's football clinic done by the coaches) Andy Ludwig can't sit still and appears to be scattered brained. Why doesn't that surprise me?

Moving on...Utes should handle the Rams, but I'm still not impressed with the offense as you can tell.

I worry about Nov. 1st. Good thing we have 2 weeks to prepare a game plan for UNM.

I think we are fine against CSU. The game will be in that 30-7 range. UNM...I think we're still fine. TCU...well thank goodness it's here. Hope for a bit of cold here at 4700 feet above sea level.

We'll see how we play against CSU tomorrow. If we look terrible on offense again...I'm not going to be too confident.
