Luke Nevill lets a John Bryant from Santa Clara score 17 points in 14 minutes of play. That can't happen! Luke needs to have a presence inside the lane and make sure players know they should come into the lane with some facing some adversity.

The thing that bugs me the most is that Luke only had 1 foul in that game against Santa Clara. He could have used a couple of his fouls to push on John Bryant and not let him have the edge against him.

Toughen up Luke! You need to play with an attitude when you are in the paint!

Absolutely. He'll be worthless and other bigs will think they can do what they want to him on both ends of the floor, he is doesn't have a "presence" about him.

He just needs to learn to play with an attitude. You can be the nicest person in the world, but when you step on the court, you have to play with a chip on your shoulder.

You have to have the competitive edge and attitude if you are to succeed. He needs to go into every game saying to himself... "No one is going to get an easy basket while I'm in the key"
