Utah will have another great chance at recruiting the local scene as Rice Eccles Stadium will host the State 3-A, 4-A, & 5-A ­title­ games on Friday. There are some great teams with very talented players.

Alta and Timpview are stacked. Pine View (St. George Area) hasn't gotten much credit, but they must have some talent since they are undefeated this year!

Logan runs the spread offense, so we may find some play makers on that team.

Overall, it will be a fantastic day for Utah high school football on Friday and I highly recommend attending the games if you are a football fanatic and don't have anything else to do.

It's always fun to go up to Rice-Eccles on Championship Friday and watch the games, you typically get exciting games and it's a full day of it. I'm sure some of the coaches will be there and Whit may stop by too.

If I didn't have to work, I would be up there. Timpview/Pine View should be a great game to get thinks started.
