Are a microcosm of this football team. Think about it. One week, he's dropping passes and punts then the next, he's Mountain West Special Teams Player of the Week. Inconsistency can be a sign of a young football team, but someone like Derrick Richards, who isn't a young player, shouldn't have the mental lapses of the freshmen playing. Just goes to show... Youth isn't the only problem on this team. The Utes definitely lack discipline. The kind that maintains focus in every facet of the game.

Discipline and Effort is what is missing!! What happened to the old saying, "Practice the way you play a game and run every play as if you are getting the ball"?
